Deliveries

Do you deliver to non-UK mainland addresses?

We do not currently offer international delivery on our website checkout page. We can offer custom shipping quotes to non-UK mainland addresses, please email customerservice@nowlaugh.com for further details.

What if I'm not home to accept deliveries?

Depending on the courier service used for shipping, our courier will usually attempt delivery at least twice or the parcel will be returned to your local depot for you to collect (a card will usually be left with details how to organise redelivery).

All tracked deliveries require a signature. Unfortunately we are unable to specify an exact time of day for delivery beyond the window of 8:00am to 8:00pm. If a parcel is returned back to us due to failed delivery we will have to charge £3.95 for redelivery (this will still be applicable even if your original order had free delivery) - We also hold the right to add a £9.95 handling fee, this is often waved.

Please note that sometimes the courier will leave your parcel with a neighbour, if this happens a card will be left telling you where to collect your package.

My order hasn't arrived, what should I do?


We do our best to ensure your parcel arrives within 5-7 working days. If in the unlikely event this will be longer we usually contact you to let you know. If you have not received your order or heard from us within 14 days please email customerservice@nowlaugh.com with your order reference number.

We hold most of our items in stock however some products are held directly with the manufactures and sometimes items may take up to 30 days to arrive. If your item has not arrived within 30 days you have the right to a full refund of particular item.

An item in my order is missing, what should I do?

We always do our best to send all your ordered items at the same time, sometimes this is not always possible. If an item from your order is not in stock we will usually send all other items from your order and send the missing item within 30 days. If the item will take longer than 30 days then we will offer the option for a refund. If the item is no longer in stock we will give you a refund on that item.

If your parcel arrives with a missing item but you we have not informed you please email us immediately; customerservice@nowlaugh.com.


Ordering

Can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel an order please email Customer Services immediately; customerservice@nowlaugh.com, with your order reference number. We will try our best to stop your parcel, however this cannot be guaranteed as orders are processed and shipped quickly. If we have shipped your parcel then you will be able to return your order within 14 days in line with our Returns & Exchange policy - you will be entitled to a full refund however a £3.99 return delivery charge will be deducted from your refund.

Can I change my delivery address?

If you need to change your delivery address, please contact email us immediately; customerservice@nowlaugh.com and we will try to amend your order, although this can not be guaranteed.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most major debit and credit cards including, Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit, American Express and Paypal.

How do I use vouchers & discount codes?

Simple, complete your order as normal and once you reach the checkout page enter your code into the discount code box and click "Add Coupon" to apply your discount. Your discount will then be shown and your Grand Total amended.

Can I use "free shipping" coupons with discount codes?

No, stop being greedy! You can only use one discount code not both.

Do you do bulk orders?
