Only Now Laugh employees have access to your data which you provide and stored on our booking system. When an order is placed your details are sent to a courier and mailing service in order for them to deliver your good. Our preferred courier providers are Hermes & Royal Mail. But we may use other courier providers from time to time. We do not share personal details other than delivery instructions.
Now Laugh will not share your personal information with any third party companies without your specific consent.
5. What does Now Laugh do with your personal information?
Now Laugh will only use your personal information to send you our products or contact you (for example by email, mail or telephone) with regards to your order or for email marketing related to Now Laugh.

This does not cover third party courier services such as Royal Mail or Hermes. If you send to us contributions containing personal information to be posted on the Now Laugh site, this information will be publicly accessible and is not covered by this Privacy Policy.
9. How do we protect your information?
Now Laugh is committed to data security. Now Laugh’s website hosting is contracted to leading web hosting service provider Atum Ventures Limited. The website itself can be served from a number of different web servers located in different areas of the world, as are the website backups, databases and log files. It is protected by Atum Ventures security settings which acts as a firewall adding extra protection against website hacks.
These servers have high-end physical security.
10. What happens if Now Laugh have a data breach?
We will report any data breach to the relevant supervisory authority within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, where feasible. If we believe the breach will adversely affect the individuals’ rights and freedoms, we will inform those individuals without any undue delay. Now Laugh record any data breach in our internal Data Breach Log.
