Returns & Exchange


14 day Money Back Guarantee


We want to ensure you are 100% happy with your purchase. We are proud to offer excellent customer service and strongly believe a customer is for life. That is why we offer a 14 day no questions asked money back guarantee if you decide you no longer want your product.


You may return a product (unopened and in original condition) within 14 days of the date you received it, and we will refund you the amount paid for the goods. You will be responsible for the return postage and our original delivery charge. You must follow the below steps:


1) Email Now Laugh at customerservice@nowlaugh.com within 14 days of delivery of your order. Ensure to include your Order Number and a short description of the unwanted goods.

2) We will confirm receipt of your email and allocate you with a Returns Code and send an address for returns.


Please note: we cannot offer any refund without a Returns Code.


3) Send your unwanted products with your Returns Code.

Goods must be returned in a re-sellable condition. You are responsible for postage and we strongly recommend you use a tracked service to get items back to us and obtain a Proof of Posting Certificate from your Post Office. Now Laugh cannot be held responsible for unreturned items that go missing in transit. It is the responsibility of (you) the customer to ensure that returned products are packaged appropriately. We cannot offer a refund for products that are returned damaged or opened and a £9.95 handling fee plus new postage will be applied to resend the product.

If we do not receive goods within 14 days after receipt of your email, we will assume you are happy with your products and close your return application.



Damaged Goods / Faulty Products

We always do our best to ensure products are well packaged and arrive to you in perfect condition. We absolutely hate to think that one of our products would arrive to you damaged or faulty. In the unlikely event that this happens please follow the steps below:

1) Email Now Laugh at customerservice@nowlaugh.com immediately (no later than 14 days of delivery of your order). Ensure to include your Order Number and provide as much detail as possible about the faulty or damaged product.


2) We will confirm receipt of your email. We may ask further questions or ask you to speak with us directly over the phone for further instructions. We will then allocate you with a Returns Code.

Please note: we cannot exchange your product without a Returns Code and we will discuss which delivery method to us in order for us to process a refund of postage if we determine the item is faulty.


3) Once instructed, we will ask you to send your item with your Returns Code to the address provided. 

4) A member of our quality team will inspect the product and any faulty products will be exchanged and your postage refunded.

It is important to notice that exchanges are subject to reasonable expectation of performance and fair use in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. If we deem your product to be in working order or damaged due to miss use we will not be able to offer an exchange or refund. A £9.95 handling fee plus new postage will be applied to resend the product and we will not refund your postage to deliver the item back to us.

If we do not receive goods within 14 days after receipt of your email, we will assume you are happy with your products and close your return application.


Refunds


We always process refunds promptly once we have received the returned product. However please be aware that there can be a delay of up to 10 days between our processing the refund to your card and it showing on your bank or card statement. This is out of our control and how the banking system operates. Your refund will be credited to the credit/debit card used to make the purchase or by cheque. Delivery charges are not refunded, unless the item was deemed to be faulty when received.



Out Of Stock Items

From time to time some items may not have updated quick enough on our system and an item which has been purchased may no longer be in stock. If this is the case Now Laugh will offer a full refund on that item. Please be aware that the refund only applies to the individual item and not on any other items that may be included in the total order, any other unwanted goods must follow the same returns policy as above.
